Let’s Make Some Awesome Bath Bombs!

Hey Everyone!

Guess what? It’s time to get crafty! With the holidays coming up, I thought it’d be super cool to show you how to make your own bath bombs. It’s way easier than you think, and it’s a fun thing to do in your spare time. Plus, these bath bombs make great gifts!

Why Bath Bombs Rock:

So, bath bombs – they’re not just a fad. They turn your average bath into something way more fun and relaxing. They fizz, smell amazing, and make your skin feel great. And when you make them yourself, you get to tell your friends, « Hey, I made this! »

The Recipe: Here’s What You’ll Need:

Making bath bombs is a piece of cake. Here’s what you need:

  • Baking Soda (1/2 cup): This is what makes your bath bomb fizz up.
  • Citric Acid (1/4 cup): This mixes with the baking soda for that cool fizz.
  • Cornstarch (1/8 cup): It holds everything together and makes the water feel silky.
  • SLSA (1/8 cup): This stuff makes the bubbles.
  • Polysorbate 80 (7.5ml): It helps mix the oil and colors in the water.
  • Camellia Oil (5ml): Makes the bomb moisturizing.
  • Distilled Water (10ml): Helps stick everything together.
  • You can also add things like scents or colors if you want.

Making the Bath Bombs:

  1. Mix the wet and dry stuff together slowly until it’s all mixed up.
  2. Squish it with your hands until it feels like dough.
  3. Once it sticks together, you can stop squishing.
  4. Press it into a mold – any shape you like!
  5. Let it dry for a day.
  6. If you want to get fancy, you can paint it with some mica powder mixed with alcohol.

And there you go – your very own homemade bath bombs! Try making them; it’s a fun project. And if you do, let me know how it goes in the comments. Your support is super important for me ! Catch you next time, and have fun with your bath bombs!
